As we look to Jesus, we can be secure in knowing our utmost significance and story are found In Him. We pray the Holy Spirit will write God’s word on your heart as you Look to Jesus.
Look to Jesus – Your Saviour:
In this video, we are focused on the incredible Truth that Jesus is the Saviour of the world. He is your Saviour. Emma Beaney spends a few minutes looking at what justification looks like by asking two questions and giving an invitation. Yes, justification is a big word, but it holds powerful truths. Remember: we have the assurance of forgiveness as we surrender ourselves to Jesus; we are clean and covered in Christ’s righteousness. Emma is also joined by Deborah Gregg and Debbie Bowker who share some of their insights.

Emma Beaney shares on what it means to ‘Look to Jesus’. In this message she asks 2 questions and gives an invitation. Using passages from Hebrews 12:2, Isaiah 26:3 and Matthew 14: 22-33, she explores the simple yet often hard-to-remember response of looking to Jesus. Just as the disciples knew Jesus’ WITH-NESS’, remember that he is with you. He is closer than we can know.

Our first Come Closer on-line took place Friday 20th November. Lead by the Come Closer team, we had special guest Cally Magalhães, who is a missionary in Brazil. Cally is an absolute inspiration who runs the Eagle Project – working in the prisons of São Paulo – Brazil. The Eagle Project does amazing work, helping each individual rebuild a hope filled future. March Come Closer 2020 – Gemma Mills (Audio)
This is the message given at Come Closer in March.
Gemma writes looking back: "I didn't realise quite how timely this word was. I think we have entered a season where not only have we been gifted with time but we've also been bombarded with things to cause fear and uncertainty to rise. I truely believe that each one of us needs to consciously turn our eyes upon Jesus and worship Him. Love Him with our hearts, mind, soul and strength. Lets use this gift of time to delve deeper in our relationship with Him.
