We’re thrilled to say that we will be meeting back in person again! Here’s all the information you need to know…
SATURDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2023
Our first gathering will be to wrap the Christmas blessing parcels on Saturday, 18th November, from 9:30am – 12 noon. Pastries, coffee, tissue paper and sellotape will be in full flow as we wrap all the toiletries that will go to our partner charities MK Act and MK Storehouse. We’ll also have a festive Christmas quiz, so invite a friend and come along! There are three ways to get involved:
- Donate via our Just Giving Page HERE.
- Purchase care products and drop them off at NPBC throughout the week.
- Join us on Saturday, 18th November 2023, from 9:30am to 12 noon at Newport Pagnell Baptist Church (Lovat Hall). We’ll have a great morning full of laughter and fun as we enjoy wrapping toiletries, listening to some Christmas music and doing a Festive quiz!
SATURDAY 20 JANUARY @ 9:30AM
Our first regular Come Closer morning is Saturday 20 January! More details will follow, but for now, just know the team are busy planning and praying – we are so excited as we anticipate what God will do amongst us.
OTHER 2024 DATES
Get your diaries out and write the dates in! There are five Saturday mornings we’ll be meeting throughout 2024. We’re planning guest speakers, workshop streams, worship, and of course food! We’d love you to join us, whether you’re new to Come Closer or a familiar friend. Let’s draw closer to God and to one another, looking to Jesus, and leaning into the life that Scripture brings.
